Job summary
Hello, we are Chesterfield Royal Hospital, an extraordinary place to undertake an apprenticeship programme. We have helped many local people gain invaluable experience of working in the NHS today, along with a nationally recognised qualification.
What is the role?
We are looking for a remarkable candidate for our 15-month Business Administrator Apprenticeship (Level 3) programme, to provide efficient and effective administrative services to the Audiology Department. Applicants must be able to communicate effectively with staff and patients and perform duties accurately including taking responsibility for initiating and completing tasks, managing priorities and time in order to successfully meet deadlines to include answering the telephone, data inputting and archiving documents.
Who are we looking for?
The post will be demanding so we are looking for candidates who are ready for the challenge and share our CARE values. You will need to be able to demonstrate good communication and team working skills. Previous work experience in an office environment is desirable but not essential.
Eligibility and entry requirements
Applicants need to hold a minimum of GCSE grades C/4 or L2 functional skills equivalent in Maths and English. You must be 16 or over and have been a resident in the UK for the last three years.
