As a Care Home Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high-quality care at a Barchester Healthcare care home. Main duties of the job

The role requires a strong track record in managing safeguarding investigations, clinical risk assessments, and some HR experience. You should also have a good understanding of sales, marketing, and budget management.
