As Deputy Nurse Manager of a Barchester care home, you'll support the delivery of the quality care the organization is known for. Qualifications
Essential
- Relevant nursing qualifications and experience in a care home setting. Experience in managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. Some HR experience, knowledge of sales and marketing, and understanding of budget management.
