We are looking for a Care Support Worker to join our team to support our client based Kent.

You will be paid £14.00 per hour after training is completed (provided during recruitment)

This position is a part-time role consisting of one 10 hour waking night shift per month in addition to covering sickness and holidays throughout the year.

Main duties of the job

This role is to support a young female with physical disabilities and complex health needs throughout the night.

You will support our client with Personal care, Continence care, Moving and handling - repositioning / transfers using hoist, Epilepsy management, Medication administration, Management of skin integrity, Maintaining a safe home environment.

You will receive all mandatory training which includes Moving & handling, First aid & basic life support in addition to clinical training from our registered nurse to meet all of our clients' complex health needs.

Skills and Experience required of our Care Support Assistant:

You are required to have good communication skills and have a desire to care for others. Having some care previous experience would be advantageous in addition to experience with children.
