As Clinical Lead / Lead Consultant Clinical Psychologist within Integrated Mental Health Services, youll act as Psychology Lead, driving service excellence, shaping policy, and mentoring team members. Youll work with autonomy to innovate, make a lasting impact, in a role that challenges, inspires, and rewards. Collaborative working with the Senior Leadership Group is a key part of this role, as is joint working with the Community Mental Health Service for Adults.

Qualifications
Essential
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or its equivalent for those trained prior to 1996) as accredited by the HCPC, including specifically models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, two or more distinct psychological therapies such as CBT, DBT and Schema Therapy.
- Registration as a Clinical Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- British Psychological Society (BPS) Practitioner Full Membership Qualification in Clinical Psychology and Chartered Membership of the BPS Division of Clinical Psychology.
- Management Qualification such as the Integrated Leadership and Management Programme (ILM) - operational/strategic level.
