Job Description
Job summary
To provide high quality support in the onboarding of patients for a research study, including consultations with patients, collecting data via questionnaires, taking observations, collecting blood and urine samples, recognising unwell patients and assisting with refilling and maintenance of a medication dispensing robot.
The role involves working closely with the research and clinical teams to ensure outstanding patient care and excellent delivery of the research protocol to obtain the best possible results.

Person Specification
Experience
Essential
- Familiarity with medication dispensing processes
- Proficiency in using electronic patient record systems
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
Desirable
- Previous experience with dispensing or delivery of medication
- Previous experience of research
Qualifications
Essential
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
- A full and clean, current UK driving licence.
Desirable
- Pharmacy Technician qualification (Buttercup or equivalent)
