Main duties of the job
What you'll be responsible for:
- Assessing and monitoring patient conditions and arranging diagnostic tests
- Recognising deterioration in the physical or mental condition of a patient and taking appropriate action / escalation
- Recognising, responding to, and managing emergency situations
- Displaying excellent analytical ability and sound decision making in changing clinical situations
- Recognising limitations and escalating concerns
- The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above

Pay Rates:Day£ 24.14
Night: £ 31.04
Sun/Bank Holiday: £ 37.94
Shift Patterns: -Monday to Friday 9-5pm

The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.
What you'll need:
- Registered Nurse Adult
- Specialist Practitioner qualification (DN Degree, diploma or Certificate in District Nursing)
- Non-Medical Prescriber/Nurse Prescriber Qualification
- To support the ability to change skin level devices (buttons), balloon gastrostomy tubes, nasogastric tubes, as appropriate.
- Evidence of clinical leadership within a community nursing environment including;
- Mentoring/assessing in practice
- Coaching
- Recruitment and selection
- Risk and Incident Reporting (Root Cause Analysis) and supporting teams in learning from findings.
- Able to manage own workload and support others
- Able to conduct courageous conversations and support staff with performance related issues
- At least 2 years Enteral Nursing experience
- Community Nursing Experience.

- All Registered Nurse roles will be required to provide evidence of :-
- Statement of NMC Registration
- Degree /Diploma in Nursing
Experience

- A car and valid UK driving license.
- At least 2 years Enteral Nursing experience.
- Community Nursing Experience.
