Main duties of the job
As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting a client with their daily routines and personal tasks, encouraging independence and skill-building, offering emotional support and friendly companionship, and keeping clear records of care. You will work closely with the client and the supportive team to ensure their needs are met.

Complex Care Support Worker Opportunity in Oxford - £15.45-£17.51 per hour
Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
Day Shift:8am-8pm

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in someone's life? We're looking for a dedicated Support Worker to assist one of our client in Oxford. You'll play an important role in helping him with day-to-day activities, building his independence, and offering companionship.
What You'll Be Doing:

What We're Looking For:
- Experience in supporting individuals with brain injuries
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team

Person Specification
Qualifications
Essential
- Experience in supporting individuals with brain injuries, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, great communication skills and the ability to build a trusting relationship, compassion, patience, and a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
