The post holder will have a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in an acute medical background (such as A&E, intensive care or as a Paramedic) and previous leadership and management experience.
Position: Clinical Lead
Location: Surrey, Multi-site, Hybrid working (Staines, Guildford, Salfords).
Salary: £51,915 Per annum
Direct Reports: HCPs
Hours: Flexible (24/7 service), usually 2 days (7am-7pm), 2 nights (7pm-7am), 4 off
What We Offer:
The shift pattern comprises of 2-day shifts, 2-night shifts then 4 days off (12 hour shifts, 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am).

Person Specification
Qualifications
Essential
- Qualified Registered Nurse or Paramedic.
- An enhanced DBS check, Police Vetting (NPPV2) and a full UK drivers licence will be required.
Experience
Essential
- A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience acute medical healthcare experience. Such as: A&E, Walk in Centre, Paramedic Practitioner, Substance Misuse, Community Nursing, Police Custody, Prison, or other relevant discipline
- Previous leadership and management experience
- Competent in Phlebotomy
Desirable
- Previous Custody Healthcare experience.
- Working with vulnerable individuals
- Working in Multi Disciplinary teams
