Main duties of the job

  • Undertake clinical and operational responsibilities within the Adult Mental Health Team, using Trac to document activities and manage caseloads.
  • Assist in managing and developing the team, including recruiting staff and implementing services, ensuring team members are trained to use Trac.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a performance management system, using Trac to monitor performance and generate reports.
  • Line manage, supervise, and appraise key workers, ensuring their professional development is maintained and activities are tracked in Trac.
  • Ensure effective joint working with statutory and voluntary agencies, using Trac to coordinate interagency projects and ensure responsive service delivery.

The ability to travel independently between sites within the Trust is essential for this role.
