Main duties of the job
The Domestic Assistant will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the residents' rooms and all communal areas. They will work collaboratively with the domestic and laundry teams to ensure the provision of a clean and healthy environment where residents are valued, respected, and offered personalized care. The Domestic Assistant will continually assess the domestic needs of all residents and adhere to all policies and procedures to deliver the highest standards that make a true difference to each resident's life.

You will continually assess the domestic needs of all residents. Qualifications
Essential
- Experience of working in a similar environment is required, along with a caring nature, the ability to give a personal approach, flexibility, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.
