As an Employment Advisor you will work with a good degree of autonomy and will be expected to manage your own time and caseload. This role will benefit from a keen sense of professional curiosity, with an eagerness to learn and develop your own knowledge. Main duties of the job

You will collaborate with clinical staff to deliver integrated, person-centred care for your clients. Your role will be diverse and dynamic. One day, you might review a CV, conduct a mock interview, and provide assertiveness training. The next day, you could be liaising with Job Centre Plus, speaking with a client's employer, or engaging with the community to build relationships and raise awareness. This a hybrid working role where your working hours will be split between home and office.

About the service You will join our team at NHS Warrington Talking Therapies, Warrington's primary source of support for addressing common mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression. Specifically, you will be a part of our Employment Support team, working alongside clinicians in supporting the recovery of and delivering exceptional outcomes for our service users. About the role As an Employment Advisor, your role will be to support and empower your clients to improve their work situation and address the impact it may be having on their mental health.
