Omnes Healthcare is expanding and seeking a passionate and skilled ENT Consultant to join our Consultant-Led Community ENT Clinic. We offer flexible working options (part-time) across a range of clinic locations to accommodate your schedule. Main duties of the job
Role Overview:
The ENT Consultant will provide high-quality outpatient care for routine ENT conditions, including paediatric management, while working autonomously in a community setting. The role involves supporting the growing demand for ENT services across multiple locations and working collaboratively with the Service Manager (Operations) and ENT Lead to ensure the smooth delivery of services. You'll be responsible for optimizing patient pathways, driving efficiency, and ensuring best practices in clinical and financial performance. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying ways to reduce costs and improve operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the highest standard of outpatient care for all routine ENT conditions, including children's care
- Work autonomously across a variety of community clinic locations
- Collaborate with the ENT Lead and Service Manager to manage and enhance the ENT service
- Improve patient pathways and contribute to the efficiency of the service
- Lead efforts to reduce costs while maintaining high-quality service delivery
- Motivate staff and encourage innovation for maximum efficiency and performance

What is the purpose of the position?
- To support the growing demand in our Consultant-Led Community ENT Clinic
- Applicants must be able to deliver the highest standard of out-patient care, covering all routine ENT conditions including the management of children, working autonomously in a community setting
- The post holder will report to the Service Manager (Operations) and, in partnership with the ENT Lead, is responsible for managing all aspects of the ENT service, in line with agreed aims and objectives
- The post holder will contribute to optimising the patient pathway and the efficiency of the ENT service, and will drive best practice in overall performance and finance.
- To actively seek ways of reducing outgoings by new ways of working and motivating all the staff to deliver maximum efficiency
What do you need to join the Omnes Healthcare Family?
- Fully registered with GMC
- Intercollegiate Speciality examination or overseas equivalent FRCS (ORL-HNS)
- Fully trained GPwSI in ENT.
