Job summary
We currently have a vacancy for a qualified Family Therapist/Systemic Therapist to work across child and Adolescent inpatient Eating Disorder Services at Altrincham Priory Hospital.
The hospital is a principle provider to the NHS in the north of England, focussing on positive holistic outcomes through full service provision.
The post holder will work as a member of the Multi-disciplinary team to provide assessments and interventions for young people and their families who have been referred to Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.
Main duties of the job
The post holders responsibilities will include:
- Working within the standards set out by CQC, QNIC and other regulators
- Providing excellent standards of evidence based practice
- Regularly reviewing and monitoring outcomes of assessments and the effects of treatment in line with goal based outcomes
- Active participation in service developments including: the use of service user feedback / in-house training
- Contributing to the development of care pathways and other treatment protocols
- To provide specialist supervision, training and consultation to colleagues through formulation groups / reflective practice
