Qualifications

Essential

  • Experience of housekeeping in a care home, hospital or hotel environment is highly desirable for this role. You'll also need to demonstrate strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and managing a team. A caring nature and excellent communication skills are important, as you'll be interacting with residents, their families, and other members of staff.
