Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Integrated Sexual Health Service for a Senior Heath Care Assistant to work in this very varied field supporting medical and nursing staff to deliver excellent sexual and reproductive health to the population of Hull and East Riding.
Main duties of the job
The post holder is responsible for supporting the senior nurses/consultants and other professionals in the delivery of an integrated sexual health service to the local population.
You will be required to work towards completing specified competencies overseen by senior staff.

Person Specification
Qualifications
Essential
- Level 3 or equivalent level of experience in Health and Social Care
- Hold Care Certificate or willingness to complete the within induction period
Desirable
- Phlebotomy trained
Knowledge and Experience
Essential
- Experience of working in a health care environment
- Experience of prioritising own workload
- Good understanding of basic IT skills
Desirable
- Previous experience of supporting with clinical procedures
