Job summary
You will receive training as a healthcare assistant that will enable you to carry out 20 key clinical procedures required for Diabetes, Asthma, COPD, Heart Failure, Ischaemic Heart Disease and Hypertension with a high level of competence and have the opportunity to support patients with an award-winning clinical team.

Your role will ensure that you receive all the training and clinical support you need to be able to assess and support patients with long-term conditions. There will be opportunities for further training, home visits, working as a doctor's assistant and even running your own clinics.
