This an exciting opportunity to join our e-Rostering Team within People & Culture based at East Surrey Hospital.
This comes at an exciting time for the team as we are beginning the process of implementing Medics with e-Rostering. The new role of Healthroster Lead for Medics will be a key partner in the success of the project.
The successful candidate would be responsible for the Medical eRostering team and function across East Surrey Hospital and our other sites at Crawley and Horsham. This particular role focuses on implementing our medical rosters at SASH where we are rolling out an extensive change programme to extend Healthroster functionality to our doctors and improving workforce planning and deployment practices.
