Join our dedicated team atThe Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Serviceas anAdministrator, where you'll provide essential support to theHealthy Family Team.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for the public, handling correspondence efficiently and ensuring accurate data entry on theSystm1 database. Working as part of asingle point of contact team, you'll contribute to a widermulti-disciplinary service, helping to deliver high-quality care to families across Essex. This is a part time position working 30 hours across the week at our Meadows Family Hub, Harlow location.
Main duties of the job
- GenerateSystmOne reportsand complete administrative tasks usingMicrosoft Office.
- Provide flexible administrative support across Essex as needed.
- Maintainaccurate electronic records, ensuring safe data management.
- Communicate professionally withclients, staff, and external agencies, handling sensitive inquiries.
- Processsafeguarding reportsand allocate assessment requests to practitioners.
- Managecolleague ledgers, schedule visits, and oversee duty rotas.
- Ensuredata integrityfor KPI/outcome reporting, including record maintenance and updates.
- Support and train teams onIT systems, includingSystmOne, printers, and Wi-Fi access.
- Accurately record and prioritize sensitive messages for appropriate action.
- Collate and submitmonthly and quarterly reportsfor performance monitoring.
- Providesite coverage across the quadrantas required.
- Monitor service communication viatelephone, email, and social media.

- Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills with a professional telephone manner
- High accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
- Experience in office administration, handling confidential information, and using Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of diary management, NHS procedures, Health & Safety, and Information Governance
- Adaptable, reliable, and able to work independently using initiative
- Ability to multi-task and support colleagues
- Full UK driving licence (for mobility across sites)
Experience using SystmOne or holding an ECDL (or equivalent qualification) would be desirable.
