Main duties of the job
As a Home Manager at Barchester, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to deliver outstanding personalized care. You will have a proven track record in care home management, marketing, and maintaining high occupancy levels. Additionally, you will have a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to create strong links within the local community.
