Essential

• To join Barchester as a Home Manager, you will need a nursing qualification with an active NMC PIN, as well as a proven track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care in a Good or Outstanding-rated care home. You should also have excellent organizational and management skills, a strong understanding of safeguarding and compliance guidelines, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
