Join the Office of Human Resources during an exciting transformation! We are restructuring to align with new strategies and are seeking a forward-thinking, inquisitive, and adaptable HR Business Partner. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Manx Care and its Divisions, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored HR support.
Main duties of the job
Working with the Head of HR for Manx Care, the Executive Director of OHR, Manx Care and the HR Advisory Team,you will lead part of the Advisory Team aligned to the Divisions you support to provide consistent, solution-focused HR services that enhance clarity and efficiency across Divisions. Your expertise will also drive people-focused initiatives and contribute to broader OHR activities, ensuring alignment with Manx Cares objectives and the Isle of Man Government Island Plan 2021 - 2026.
