Inpatient Physiotherapist (Bank) Derby Hospital | Physiotherapy | Bank contract - Ad hoc | Includes Weekends Up to £22.00 per hour, depending on experience Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability. Our Physiotherapy team at Derby hospital currently have an opportunity for a Bank Physiotherapist, working within our inpatients department.
Main duties of the job
As an Inpatient Physiotherapist you will be responsible for providing high quality care and rehabilitation for a variety of post-operative elective orthopaedic, breast and pelvic health type patients, in line with our treatment protocols. You will work within a multidisciplinary team including nurses and consultants in order to optimise the health and recovery of our post-operative patients. As a Physiotherapist you will: Deliver high quality, effective, and clinically reasoned care to meet our patient's needs. Be compliant with all professional, clinical and integrated governance standards and participate in clinical audit and other quality assurance processes

Nuffield Health Derby Hospital The Nuffield Health Derby Hospital is a modern, purpose-built hospital with 38 en-suite beds, three operating theatres, and together with a comprehensive range of outpatient services. The Radiology department is a small but busy department covering general radiographic procedures, theatre, ultrasound, MRI and CT. Set in beautiful grounds, we're about 3 miles from the city centre, within easy reach of all major roads and bus routes.
