Job summary
The Inpatient Quality Transformation Programme is a national NHS priority and will focus on localising and realigning inpatient services and improving the culture of care across all mental health, learning disability and autism inpatient services for adults and older adults.
We are looking for an administrator to join the Clinical Transformation Team to work with the Lived Experience Lead for the Inpatient Programme.
The ideal post holder will be very organised, with experience in administrative settings, and ideally have knowledge of healthcare/ the NHS.
The post holder will help manage the workload for the Inpatient Transformation programme, providing the administration for the Lived Experience Advisory Group meetings, organisation and booking of autism training and other day to day administrative processes that support the service.
The post holder will work under the supervision of the Lived Experience Lead.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will support the programme by providing inpatient project administrative processes including managing queries to the inpatient transformation email box, administrative support to all aspects of the Norfolk & Waveney autism project, the organisation of two Lived Experience Advisory Groups including producing meeting papers, minutes and supporting the organisation and booking of autism training together with other day to day tasks to support the Transformation Programme Manager and Lived Experience Lead.

Job responsibilities
Key duties include:
- Management of queries coming into the Team inbox
- All administrative support for the Lived Experience Advisory Group meetings including pre meeting preparation, papers for the meeting, minutes and organising expenses
- Organising and booking delegates for Tier 3 Autism training
- Supporting with Project highlight reports and organisation of workstreams for the programme
