Job summary
As a Bank Maintenance Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create the safe and attractive surroundings that will enable the organization to provide high-quality care and support to their patients. You will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the building and grounds are well-maintained and presentable at all times.

In the role of Bank Maintenance Assistant, you can expect plenty of variety as you provide the cover that ensures the building and grounds are at their best all day, every day. You'll need some experience of property maintenance to join the team, as well as a patient, caring nature and a genuine interest in the patients. You should also be flexible, reliable, and ready to turn your hand to a range of tasks focused on keeping the hospital maintained to the highest standards.
