The post holders will be responsible for the management and smooth running of the controlling and planning function of the patient transport service, ensuring that all journeys are planned to take into consideration the service requirements (core NEPTS, High dependency, secure or paramedic) and the patient requirements (mobility, age, care packages, medical condition) assigning the correct resource to provide a safe patient transfer in and out of our Trust locations.
