Network Administrator - Specialist NetworkGuild LodgeBand 3 AfC - 37.5 Hrs Fixed Term Contract until 15/7/25
An opportunity has arisen to join the specialist network as a Network Administrator to support the Specialist Network. The Post Holder will provide a comprehensive administrative service to the Specialist Network.
The Network Administrator will co-ordinate their activities with other members of the team to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided to the wider Senior Leadership Team.
Main duties of the job

Education
Essential
- NVQ Level 3 in Customer Care or Business Administration - or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable commitment to continuous personal development.
Desirable
- Formal secretarial qualification
Knowledge
Essential
- Awareness of issues in the Mental Health Network.
- Knowledge of a range of administrative procedures and practice.
Desirable
- Interest in current issues particular to a Foundation Trust and the network
Experience
Essential
- Previous experience as a Secretary/Administrator including diary management
- Previous experience of working in a fast moving, confidential, sensitive, pressurised deadline driven environment.
- Experience of supporting and minuting meetings.
