Qualifications

- Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register
- Foundation degree level specific to Nursing Associate practice
- GCSEs Grade A-C in Maths and English or equivalent
- Educated to a minimum level 5

- Health and Social Care Level 2/3 or equivalent experience

- Demonstrate willingness for ongoing learning

- Understand the scope of the role of the Nursing Associate in the context of the team and the organisation, and how the role contributes to service development
