Main duties of the job

Your role as a Parkinsons Nurse Advisor...

• You will delivertrainingon the service, pumps and pen devices to enable the patient or carer to safely self-medicate
• Monitor the patients response to treatment
• Provide ongoing support to patient via telephone calls, video calls orhome visits
• You will manage your own diary and schedule pre-assessment,titration,and post-assessment visits
• Liaise with hospital HCPs regarding clinical changes with the patient
• Maintain supplies and stock control
• Report any non-compliance
