Job summary
To provide a booking service for all Outpatient referrals, to be able to organise appointments using initiative in sometimes complex situations to ensure patients are seen within the Trust and Government targets.
Office Based.
Main duties of the job
Register Referrals
Book appointments and cancel and re-schedule appointments
Make outbound telephone calls and take in-bound telephone calls
Train to have an awareness of Medical terminology to enable appointment booking
