Main duties of the job
As Physiotherapy manager you will: You will be expected to maintain a clinical caseload. Participate in the CPD and in-service training schedule. Be involved in marketing and promotion of the department within the local area. Manage the service within the framework of robust clinical governance, professional standards and the Healthcare Standards Act 2000. Be responsible for monthly financial reporting and striving to achieve all of the key performance indicators.

We also provide physiotherapy, pathology, CT, MRI and diagnostic imaging services. We are conveniently located on Clayton Road, off the A519. We also provide free parking for staff.

- Proven post qualification clinical experience.

- To succeed as a Physiotherapy Manager you will have:
- Proven post qualification clinical experience
- MSK speciality (hands, women's health, vestibular etc) is desirable
- Operational management experience within a healthcare setting is desirable
- Financial management experience within a healthcare setting is desirable
- Significant Experience in physiotherapy delivery
- Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team
- Evidence of leadership within a team of health care professionals
