Practice Nurse 30 Hours Per Week

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team for 30 hours per week.
About the Role:
As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients, with a focus on long-term condition management, preventative healthcare, and health promotion.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Long-Term Condition Management Supporting patients with chronic illnesses such as diabetes, asthma, and hypertension.
- Cytology (Smear Tests) Carrying out cervical screening in line with national guidelines.
- Childhood Vaccinations Administering immunisations as per NHS schedules.
- Contraceptive Advice & Administration
- General Practice Nurse Duties
