Essential

  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Practitioner Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist:
  • Doctoral Level postgraduate professional training course in clinical psychology (the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology), the completion of which includes the study of models of psychopathology, psychometric and neuropsychological assessment, two or more distinct psychological therapies and lifespan developmental psychology OR Equivalent training completed in an EEA member state and meaningful work experience leading to HCPC Registration
  • The point (b) is specifically designed for professionals that completed different paths of training and have previous work experience outside the UK and IOM.
