Job Description
Job summary
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our experienced reception/admin team. We are a friendly partnership looking for people to strengthen our team with the possibility of training and development.
Great communication skills are required as this will be a predominantely patient facing role.
Main duties of the job
In this role you will be required to:
- Answer patient calls
- Engage with patients face to face in the reception area
- Booking appointments
- Calling patients
- Scan documents
As well as many other administrative tasks as required.

Job responsibilities
Main Duties: 1. To provide positive, friendly and helpful customer service to our patients, both in person and on the telephone. 2. Book, confirm and cancel appointments and handle enquiries 3. Compose, print, mail and scan correspondence 4. Ensure the correct processing of administrative tasks 5. Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information. 6. Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. 7. Support and promote Health and Safety practice at the surgery 8. Support and cover other staff members as necessary
