We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable Practice Nurse with excellent communication and clinical skills to join our well-established, friendly and innovative practice.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated individual with the following qualifications and skills:
Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
Previous experience in a primary care or general practice setting is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
Strong communication and organisational skills
A patient-focused approach and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
As a practice nurse you will play a key role in providing patient centred care, including:
Administering vaccinations, immunisations, and travel health advice
Providing wound care, dressings, and other minor procedures
Supporting health promotion and lifestyle advice initiatives

Job responsibilities
Due to an expanding list size, we are looking for a highly motivated and reliable Practice Nurse with excellent communication and clinical skills to join our well-established, friendly and innovative practice. We welcome applications from experienced Practice Nurses as well as those who have recently decided to join Primary Care. Full training will be given to non-primary care staff (GP surgery).
