Job summary
As a Registered Nurse (Mental Health) at a Barchester care home, you'll use your compassion and experience to help deliver the exceptional levels of care and support we're known for. You'll use your clinical and people skills to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include ensuring new residents are settling in, developing tailored care plans, and carrying out a variety of clinical tasks. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to provide person-centered, thoughtful nursing care.

ABOUT YOUTo join us as a Registered Nurse (RMN), you'll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
