Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical care to patients, including consultations, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring continuity of care and effective management of chronic conditions.
- Participate in practice meetings and contribute to the development of practice policies and procedures.
- Engage in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external healthcare providers to ensure integrated care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with practice protocols and data protection regulations.

Job Summary: As a Salaried GP, you will provide comprehensive medical care to our patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services. Qualifications and Skills:
- Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) and inclusion on the NHS Performers List.
- MRCGP or equivalent qualification.

- Commitment to ongoing professional development and participation in clinical audits and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications
Essential
- Full registration with the General Medical Council - GMC.
- Inclusion on the NHS Performers List.
- Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners - MRCGP - or equivalent.
Desirable
- Postgraduate qualifications in areas relevant to general practice such as family medicine - public health - or medical education.
Experience
Essential
- Proven experience working in a general practice setting.
- Competence in managing a wide range of medical conditions and providing high-quality patient care.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records and other digital tools to enhance patient care and communication.
Desirable
- Special interest or expertise in specific areas of medicine such as dermatology - paediatrics - or mental health which can enhance the practice's service offerings.
- Experience in leadership or management roles within a healthcare setting.
- Involvement in practice development or quality improvement initiatives.
- Experience in teaching or mentoring medical students - junior doctors - or other healthcare professionals.
