Job responsibilities
We have an opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Spinal Injury Support Worker to join our team in Devizes, Wiltshire. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Pay Rate:
£14.70 - £16.80 per hourWorking Hours:
You will be part of a team that will be responsible for delivering the following:
The shifts will either be 12 hour or 24 hour shifts (Sleeping nights). This is a full time position (48hours available per week). Key Responsibilities:- Delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions.
- Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
- Providing emotional support and companionship.
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work the specified hours.

Essential
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a compassionate and empathetic nature, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
