Training and education will be provided to enable you to gain the necessary skills required if you are not experienced in the area of Trauma & Orthopaedics. All newly qualified nurses will undergo a thorough preceptorship package.

Main duties of the job
We are recruiting to our County Fracture Clinic. This is a busy clinic which delivers a service to patients requiring orthopaedic surgery and any musculoskeletal injury . Nursing staff work alongside Consultants to achieve excellence in care and to provide a positive patient experience.

Essential
- Registered Nurse on the professional register
Desirable
- Recognised qualification in teaching and assessing
Experience
Essential
- Good communication skills.
- Has experience as a student or registered nurse in an Acute hospital setting.
- Experience in undertaking dressings

- Able to use own initiative
- Ability to work as part of a team and working autonomously
