The Endoscopy Unit is looking for dynamic and flexible individual to join their team. The unit undertakes both diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. This is a rapidly expanding service with a workforce that is patient focused. Main duties of the job
The post holder is responsible for providing specialised care to meet the needs of patients undergoing endoscopic procedures. To work as part of a team adhering to national and local policies, guidelines and procedures. Maintenance of high standards of care and safe practice within the endoscopy suite for patients undergoing procedures, with appropriate documentation of care. Adherence to the NMC Code of professional practice. Commitment to continuing professional development.

Essential
- Degree in NursingNMC RegisteredAbility to demonstrate fundamental nursing knowledge and practical skills

- Experience in endoscopy setting / day surgery / ward or theatreExperience of running endoscopy treatment rooms for both diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
