In this role you will utilise all of your expertise in providing a standard administration function which will ensure the smooth running of the service. This may be ordering stationery, minute taking, answering telephones and responding to emails. You will be responsible for managing the team's mailbox and formatting letters written by the team.
The role is within the Community Mental Health Team based in Winsford and the team includes Mental Health Practitioners and Clinical Leads.
In this Administrator role, you will be an important part of a team, and help to make a difference to people and their families.
This post is part time for 30 hours per week.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a Team Administrator to join the community mental health team at Vale House Resource Centre.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced individual who is able to provide a strictly confidential full administrative service making full use of electronic communication, computers and databases to support the effective delivery of the role and exercise total discretion at all times when working with the team and outside agencies.
Excellent time management and communication skills are essential for this role. We require an individual that can respond appropriately to sensitive information, and to be able to effectively support and help patients and their families that use our services.
