Business Support Administrator Grade CD, 22.5 hours - Maternity Cover.

An opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a part time Business Support Administrator to join the Business Support Team supporting the Children & Young People's Service (CYPS) based at Knaresborough Children's Centre. The post is offered on a temporary contract up to 12 months, hours negotiable.

This is a challenging yet varied and rewarding position. The core focus is providing administrative support to operational and frontline services which includes, supporting with case recording, inputting/uploading data onto our LCS database, ordering goods and services, taking telephone calls and you will be subject to personal and sensitive information therefore, confidentiality when dealing with written and spoken communication is essential. Applicants must have good communication skills, experience in using Microsoft packages, strong organisational skills and can work both independently and as part of a team.
