Salary: £25,000 + per annum (experience dependent)
Location: Northallerton, North Yorkshire
Contract: Established, full time, Monday - Friday
Are you looking for a role where you can use your admin and accounting experience to be a part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team?
Align is an expanding multi-disciplined design consultancy made up of Architects, Surveyors and Engineers who deliver building projects across the North of England. We are now looking for a Business Support Officer to join us at an exciting part in the company's chapter as we take on new projects and continue to grow.
Working alongside a friendly team, you will use your communication and numeracy skills to work on a range of financial management processes including raising and processing orders and invoices, resolving issues and creating monthly client invoices. You'll also help with the day to day running of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly, supporting colleagues as and where required.
To be successful in this role you will be organised, motivated and able to work in a busy, fast paced environment. You will be confident in your IT skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access databases. You will have experience of working under your own initiative with an eye for detail and accuracy.
