Salary: From £13.05 per hour to £13.69 per hour
Location: Sycamore Hall, Bainbridge
Contact: Permanent
Hours: Part Time, Various- working Monday-Sunday on a rota basis.

We are currently looking for Care Workers to join us at Sycamore Hall based in Bainbridge. As a Care and Support Worker, no two days are the same. Your role will be to deliver care and support plans whilst continuing to encourage people to remain independent and in control of their own well-being. Working as part of a small, supportive team, you will work under clear instructions and guidance from senior colleagues.
The role is locality based allowing you flexibility in your work. Whilst your main base will be Sycamore Hall, you will have the opportunity to work at other facilities across the location on occasion.
There is an element of flexibility required for the role and as part of a 7 day service, on a rota basis, you will be required to work some evenings and weekends for which we will pay an enhancement. We could help you to achieve a better work life balance, perhaps enabling you to pursue other employment, hobbies or interests outside of work.
If you've got experience, that's great, we'd love to hear from you. If not, don't worry, we'll give you all the help and support you need to settle in quickly. If you do not already hold the Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care that isn't a problem we will support you to achieve this through our apprenticeship training route.
