Salary: £24,310 to £26,409 pro rata per annum (As of 1^st April 2025)

Grade CD-E

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Annualised Working Pattern: 42 hours over 5 days in summer; 32 hours per week over 4 days in Winter

We're looking for Ground Maintenance Operatives to join our team in Leeming Bar or various site locations.

The Role

As our Grounds Maintenance operative, you will be responsible for undertake a wide range of grounds maintenance tasks and duties including sports pitch marking, hedge cutting, shrub and rose bed maintenance, as well as the use of grass cutters and other machinery.

What you will bring

To be successful you will have experience in:

· Working within grounds and maintenance.

·The use of ride-on and pedestrian grass cutting machinery.

·Knowledge and understanding of health and safety at work

·Knowledge of play park inspections to ROSPA standard

As the role covers the district you will require a full driving licence.

A DBS check is required for this role.
