Senior Care and Support Worker - Days - Tudor House
Location : Selby
Salary : £11.84 to £12.50 per hour (dependant on experience)
Contract : Permanent
Hours : Part Time (24 hours per week) 7am -7pm - Alternate weekends
Roche Health Care are looking to recruit a Senior Health Care Assistant to join our friendly team at Tudor House Care Home in Selby
We provide a range of care and support services for our older residents, some of whom have dementia.

Hold a current NVQ/Diploma Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (Level 4 desirable)
Hold a qualification in Administration of medicines if required.
Minimum of three years' experience in a similar care home setting.
Experience of assessing risk and care planning.
Experienced in meeting the needs of older people.
Evidence of commitment to personal development, training, and education.
Mentoring and supporting other care staff.
To be kind and considerate innovative and caring, honest, reliable, trustworthy, and respectful.
Understand, accept, and adhere to the need for strict confidentiality
Be able to work on own initiative, work under pressure and remain calm
Be flexible and adaptable Be aware of own limitations
Provide cover for absence of other Senior Care staff and Team Leaders when required
