Work Experience Finance - WC 30th June & 7th July 2025

North Yorkshire Council is offering Work experience placements within our Finance team(Office based). Priority will be given to people who are needing the week of 30th June & 7th July 2025.

You will have the opportunity to develop Excel skills, sit on in team meetings, meet more senior members of staff, support the Finance Team in completing tasks for the business, complete a real life research-based tasks and to undertake finance administration tasks.

Our placements are designed to give you the opportunity to explore a real working experience within a dedicated team and will allow you time to ask as many questions as you need. You will be able to get a feel for what it takes to work in a team, work alone, manage your own time and work to deadlines.
