Job Description

Salary: £14572.50 plus Market Force Allowance of £1175 per annum payable in addition to the basic salary.

Working Pattern: Part time

Allowances: Enhancement paid between the hours of 8.00pm - 6.00am and weekends starting from £2234 per annum, depending on hours worked.

Hours per week: 21.75hrs

This post involves working a shift pattern that attracts a premium rate of pay.

You will be required to securely check in staff and visitors to the secure children's home. The role is responsible for providing telephone and reception duties, as well as operating and monitoring CCTV. The control room operator is required to ensure excellent standards of security and customer service are provided to the staff, visitors and young people at all times.

You must be able to demonstrate basic numeracy, literacy, IT skills, and have experience of working with security systems.
