Abbey Primary School are seeking to appoint an energetic, enthusiastic, and hard-working person to join the school cleaning team.Duties will include vacuuming, washroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, washing of furniture and window cleaning. Occasional use of electrical cleaning machinery i.e., buffing machine and wet pick up is required.You will play a vital role as part of a team of cleaning staff however, you will be expected to work using your own initiative and organise your daily routine to meet the needs of the school.We are looking for someone who:• Demonstrates high standards of organisation and time management.• Takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for detail.• Demonstrates the ability to work on their own initiative.• A team player who can work in co-operation with other key members of the cleaning team.• Can maintain confidentiality.• Can form positive relationships with all members of the school community.
