Accordingly, our Academy is at an exciting point in its development and the inclusion faculty is now positioned in the heart of the academy, providing a newly refurbished base which is already having a positive impact on the students who access this provision. Moreover, as a new commitment to furthering SENC provision, we are now strengthening the team with two additional LSAs.
If you do not have any experience but are interested, please still apply. The training package for this role is excellent and will provide you with a superb foundation. Additionally, if you are experienced, we will provide you with more specific training to ensure your career develops in a very meaningful way.
The successful candidates will support the learning and achievements of individuals and groups of students within the classroom and through specific interventions. You need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and have a good standard of literacy, ICT and numeracy in order to carry out associated administrative duties. Please refer to the full job description and person specification for further details. Specific SEND training or experience is not essential though this will be an advantage.
